How to Manually Change Main Power Supply Unit (PSU) in Cold Redundancy State?

Is there a way through the Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) or command line that one could make the server switch master PSUs?
There is no Intel® Integrated BMC Web Console option or command by means of which one can manually determine/configure which PSU will be the Master in Cold Redundant state. Installed power supplies automatically alternate between being the Active and the Cold Standby.
