How to Archive an Offering in Intel® Partner Showcase

Environment

Intel® Partner Showcase

BUILT IN - ARTICLE INTRO SECOND COMPONENT
Summary

Process to archive a Storefront Offering.

Description

I am requesting to remove an offering from the Intel® Partner Showcase (formerly called the Intel® Solutions Marketplace) due to the following reasons:

  • The offering/product is no longer available.
  • Posting/Offering has not reached the expiration date, but needs to be removed now.
Resolution

Solutions are automatically archived when they reach the expiration date.

If you need to archive a solution prior to this date, you can edit the expiration to a date in the past.
Backdating triggers the archive process and your solution will no longer be displayed externally. This generally takes 3-5 business days.

To edit/archive a solution you must have one of the following roles:

  • Partner Admin / Partner Admin Delegate
  • Employee (with Offering Entitlement)

If you have any issues with this process, contact Intel Customer Support for further assistance. Have the following information available:

  • URL of the offering in the Intel® Partner Showcase
  • Screenshot of the error encountered (If applicable)

Once the request is facilitated, the offering status will be tagged as Retired.

Note

Partner Showcase offerings cannot be permanently deleted.  It will remain listed in history yet will no longer be visible externally.

  • Intel reserves the right to archive an Offering from the Showcase for any reason. Reasons Intel may archive an offering include, but are not limited to:
    • The offering has not generated any leads for six or more months;
    • The offering consistently receives negative customer feedback;
    • The publisher has failed to comply with the Terms and Conditions or these Publication Guidelines.
  • Publishers may decide to archive their own offerings from the Showcase. Archiving offerings ensures that new customers will no longer be able to view the offering. Publishers may ask the Intel support team to batch archive offerings by logging a support ticket.
