How to Place an Order for Intel® RealSense™ Products and Choose Delivery Preferences

Unable to opt for Express delivery/ Priority delivery/ Ground service/ 2-day delivery

1. Shop the Intel® RealSense™ store.
2. Add the product(s) to be purchased to the cart.
3. Click Go to checkout.
4. Proceed with secure checkout by choosing to Log in with an existing account, Create a new account, or Continue checkout as a guest.
5. Enter all required fields in the shipping address form then click Continue.
   • Indicate if this is a business purchase.
6. Select the Shipping method (includes estimated delivery timeframes) then click Continue.
   • For international shipments the shipping methods may include options such as FedEx International Priority.
7. Complete payment information.
   • EnterVAT ID in the additional information, if needed.
8. Click Review and Place Order button.
9. Click Place Order button for final submission.

Customs fees

• Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States may be subject to taxes, import duties, and customs fees.
• Any taxes or fees levied after the purchase of RealSense™ product from the store must be paid separately.
• These fees are assessed by the local customs agency and are not part of the payment made to Intel.
