Unable to get my order invoice corrected

Resolution

To receive an invoice

  1. Log in to Intel® RealSense™ store.
  2. Go to My Account.
  3. Select My Order.
  4. Download the Invoice.

To get a revised invoice

  1. Visit Contact Store Support.
  2. Fill required details.
  3. Click Submit request. A support ticket will be created.
  4. Provide the order number, description of what you need to be revised on your invoice.
  5. Our team will review the invoice and get back to you with an update.
