Troubleshooting steps for drives that are not detected by Intel® VROC
Description
- It cannot detect the drives connected to the PCIe switch and drive connected directly from the board.
- It cannot detect drives from PCIe switch but can detect from the board directly.
- It cannot detect drives from the board directly but can detect from PCIe switch.
Resolution
- Verify that all the cables are properly connected.
- Reseat Intel® VROC key.
- Test the PCIe switch to another slot.
- Test another PCIe switch.
- Test another data cable.
