Cannot Access Intel Foundry Services Account (IFS)

• Sign-in credentials to IFS, myfoundry3.intel.com, are not working.

If you are experiencing issues getting into the MyFoundry portal where IFS customers access their manufacturing data for their products, follow this guidance:

1. For existing IFS customers, contact your Intel business account owner for assistance.
2. For interest in becoming an IFS customer, contact the Intel Foundry Business Development team.

If you need to reset your SFTP password for Intel Foundry follow the steps below:

1. Browse to sign-in page. 
2. Enter your SFTP Login ID as username. This may be different from your Intel Foundry Portal name. To check your SFTP Login ID, go to Intel Foundry.
3. Check your email and click the link to reset your SFTP Login ID password.
