Description

  • Error encountered when logging in to Intel Partner Alliance: Error while processing /content/saml_login.external.html.
  • Tried on both Edge* and Chrome* browsers with the same error.
  • Cleared cookies and history and got the same error.

Resolution

Ensure that correct login credentials are used.

Try also performing the basic troubleshooting steps again:

  1. Make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies.
  2. Clear your browser history.
  3. Open a new browser and try to log in again in Intel Partner Alliance, using one of these recommended browsers: Chrome*, Edge*, Firefox*, or Chrome Incognito mode.
