Why Did My Credits Reset to 0 in Intel® Retail Edge Program?

Resolution

Member credits are reset according to the Terms and Conditions for Inactive Members as explained below:

  • If a Member has not successfully completed a Learning Activity in the previous 180 days, they are considered inactive and their Credit balance will be reset to zero.
    • The Member’s Account will remain inactive until the Member completes a Learning Activity.
    • After two years (730 days), inactive accounts may be purged.

Reactivation and the restoring of credits is done solely at the Sponsor’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Additional information

If chips have been successfully reinstated, user needs to take at least one training within 24 hours to prevent losing the chips again. Moreover, it is highly advised that users take at least one training every six months to avoid being tagged as an inactive user and lose their chips in the process.
