Checking the status of a new or edited Solution or Offering, and information about the Total Approved Offerings
- I am unable to view my solution in the Intel® Partner Showcase.
- What is the status of my submitted solutions/offerings?
- When will it show to Total Approved Offerings?
- Approved Offering not visible publicly at Intel® Partner Showcase.
- Approved Offering is still not listed in Total Approved Offerings on the Intel® Partner Alliance account.
New and edited Solution Offerings are reviewed by Intel prior to publication. You will receive an email within 3-5 business days indicating if the offering has been Approved to Publish, Additional revisions are required, or Rejected.
- For inquiries related to Solutions and Offerings: Use the Messaging Service link located in the upper right section of the Solutions page. You will be contacted within one business day.
- For inquiries on how to submit offerings: Navigate to Managing an Intel® Partner Showcase Storefront, and update or create new offerings by selecting the Manage Offerings button at the top of the page.
- For approved Offerings that are still not listed to Total Approved Offerings of the Intel Partner Alliance account or the approved Offerings are not counted to the Total Approved Offerings: Currently, only active/approved Solutions are counted and the expected timeframe for it to reflect on the account is still to be announced.
For further assistance regarding the Solution/Offering status, Contact Intel Customer Support, and provide the Offering title and link to confirm it with the publishing team.
