Information related to the Intel® Processor Identification Utility in 12th generation processors
Intel® Processor Identification Utility doesn't show the base frequency.
On the 12th Generation Intel® Core™ Processors, the Intel Processor Identification Utility will only display the current processor speed at the time the application is executed.
This is due to performance hybrid architecture that has two different types of cores: Performance-cores (P-cores) and Efficient-cores (E-Cores).
