Resolution

The Opt-Out function is not editable to Intel Partner Alliance accounts.

The default state is Opt-In, but there are certain situations when an account will be marked as Opt-Out inadvertently. When this happens, you will need to submit a ticket to Intel Customer Support:

  1. Submit a request to Intel Customer Support (sign in required).
  2. Enter details in the text box Tell us about your issue or question regarding Intel® Partner Alliance.
