How to opt in to accumulate points in the Intel® Partner Alliance program
Can't redeem points through https://points.intel.com/redeem-points due to this error.
The Opt-Out function is not editable to Intel Partner Alliance accounts.
The default state is Opt-In, but there are certain situations when an account will be marked as Opt-Out inadvertently. When this happens, you will need to submit a ticket to Intel Customer Support:
- Submit a request to Intel Customer Support (sign in required).
- Enter details in the text box Tell us about your issue or question regarding Intel® Partner Alliance.
- For faster service please provide the following information:
- Error Code received: Your organization has chosen not to participate In the Intel® Partner Alliance Points Benefit by opting out.
- Business ID - See How to Find an Intel® Partner Alliance Account Number.
- Email address or username/login ID.

- Click Submit Request button.
