Explains the error messages received after registration and how to resolve them.
- Registration issues on the Intel® PSG Self Service Licensing Center
- Attempted to register at Intel® FPGA SSLC Registration. Encountered error message Let’s Get You Registered for Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center (SSLC).
- Registration attempt fails, and an error is encountered: Access Denied.
- Looping on the Account Required page for Intel® Partner Alliance.
- Encountered Access Denied error when logging in.
- Encountered an error: Sorry, an account with those details cannot be found. Please check the details and try again, or create an account.
- Did not receive a confirmation email after registration.
After registering at the FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center, it takes 24 hours for your account and credentials to be populated in our system.
If you attempt to access the Self-Licensing page immediately after registering, the system will not recognize your login, and you will receive an Access Denied error.
This error may occur if a user record has not been created or a permission set has not been assigned. However, most of the time, delays in user record creation or permission set assignment are due to integration slowness.
Please wait to receive the Welcome Email from the Licensing Center, then allow 24 hours before attempting to log in.
- You may need to clear your cache and cookies, and then reload the web page.
- If the issue persists, you may need to re-register, and then wait for a Welcome Email to be delivered
