How to Edit Company Logo in Intel® Partner Alliance

Unable to change logo as the upload button is greyed-out

Resolution

To update company logo, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Intel® Partner Showcase.
  2. Click Manage Storefront.
  3. Click the edit pencil button of current logo.
  4. Go to Edit Company Storefront Information > Company Information.
  5. On your current logo, click the trash icon next to the download icon on the bottom-right corner of the logo file.
  6. Once the current logo is deleted, click Upload to add new logo.
Note
  • Logos are available for Gold and Titanium partners only.
  • Only Partner Administrator or Partner Admin Delegate can execute this update. 
  • It may take 3-5 business days for the update to sync in the system.
