Steps to request to change an order or update the receiver information of a redeemed reward
- Made a wrong redemption order through Intel® Partner Alliance Points Program
- Need to cancel a previously placed order
- Need to update the shipping delivery address
- Need to change the email address of the reward recipient
- Need to update the phone number
To correct a wrong or incorrect redemption order:
- Submit a request to Intel Customer Support (sign in required).
- Enter details in the text box, Tell us about your issue or question regarding Intel® Partner Alliance.
- For faster service, provide the following information:
- Business ID - See How to Find an Intel® Partner Alliance Account Number
- Order Number
- Order Date
- Order Description
- Quantity
- Email Address or Username/Login ID
- What did you want to order instead?
- If an order needs to be cancelled, what is your justification?
- For faster service, provide the following information:
- Click Next:Details button to include any attachments (screenshots, photos, files, or others).
- Select opt-in or opt-out opportunity to participate in Customer Improvement Program.
- Click Submit Request button.
