Unable to Sign In Due to Verifying Email Loop Problem

Description

  • When logging in, it asks to confirm the email address.
  • After clicking Yes, it is, it sends a confirmation email with a link to a blank page.
  • Going back to the login screen, it asks again to confirm the email address and it is just looping.

Resolution

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Clear browser history
  3. Restart browser and sign in

You can also try a different browser to access the website. Recommended browsers include: Internet Explorer*, Google Chrome*, Microsoft Edge*, or Firefox*.

You may also try accessing the site via incognito mode in Google Chrome.
