How to Reset Password on the Intel® Retail Edge Program Account

Description

  • The account is locked due to multiple attempts with entering the wrong password.
  • Unable to receive the reset password emails.

Resolution

  1. Click the Forgot Password? link on the Intel Retail Edge Program website.
  2. Enter the registered email address, then click Submit. An email will be sent with the reset password link. (If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.)
  3. Follow the instructions given to the email.
  4. If you do not receive the email with the reset password link, contact Intel Customer Support.
