Steps to reset account password in Intel® Retail Edge Program
Description
- The account is locked due to multiple attempts with entering the wrong password.
- Unable to receive the reset password emails.
Resolution
- Click the Forgot Password? link on the Intel Retail Edge Program website.
- Enter the registered email address, then click Submit. An email will be sent with the reset password link. (If you don't receive the email, check your spam/junk folder.)
- Follow the instructions given to the email.
- If you do not receive the email with the reset password link, contact Intel Customer Support.
