Description
- Unable to change the email address associated to My Intel Account
- Email address in Intel® Azure* is not updated
- Could not log in to Intel® SharePoint* as the email address is not updated
Resolution
To change your email, or if you are unsure of the email you have registered with Intel, follow the steps below:
- Complete the Customer Support for Sign-in Issues form.
- For Inquiry Type, choose email from the dropdown list.
- For Description, include the new email address information.
- If you are unsure what email you registered with Intel, please add that information to the Description.
- Agree to the privacy statement and respond to the reCAPTCHA.
- Click Submit button.
- You should receive a response within one business day.
