Description
Unable to stop unwanted email messages with Intel domain
Resolution
These emails are sent from an external mail provider to an external email address (such as Yahoo*) impersonating Intel’s email address. Unfortunately, we cannot track these emails as they are not sent from Intel. The account used does not belong to Intel.
To block someone in Outlook*, follow the steps below:
- Select the messages or senders you want to block.
- From the top toolbar, select Junk > Block (or Spam > Block).
- Select OK. The messages you select will be deleted and all future messages from this sender will be blocked from your mailbox.
