- The account might be blocked because the customer’s name matches a restricted party name.
- Contact Customer Support for Sign-in Issues and provide the following information:
- Full legal name (first name, middle name, last name)
- Email address
- Physical address
- Date of birth
- Region of Origin (For Ukraine customers only)
