Resolution
The reasons below explain why a user might receive the notification :
- Document notification is being sent to customers who bookmarked or followed a collection from Resource and Documentation.
- Usually, notifications are sent when the documents bookmarked and followed were updated and unpublished.
- Unpublished documents will not be accessible and will re-route the customers upon clicking the link in the notification.
If customers want to republish the document or cannot find related document, contact customer support.
