How to report the issue of not receiving email verification for My Intel account
- Not receiving the email verification
- Unable to log in as my account is not yet verified
- User's account is blocked, profile cannot be accessed.
When registering in My Intel account, you should receive an email verification to verify your email address to complete the registration. This is valid for five days. If the email verification is not received, check your spam/junk folder. Should the issue persists, follow the steps below:
- Make sure to clear your browser cache and cookies.
- Clear your browser history
- Open a new browser and try to register again, and please ensure that you use one of these recommended browsers: Internet Explorer*, Chrome*, Edge*, or FireFox*.
If you have any questions or concern, complete the Customer Support for Sign-in Issues form.
- For Inquiry Type, choose email from the dropdown list.
- For Description, include the new email address information.
- Agree to the privacy statement and the reCAPTCHA.
- Click Submit button.
