How to Get the System Report from the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) Graphical User Interface (GUI) Application in Windows*

Steps to get the system report from the Intel® VROC GUI application in the Windows* operating system.

Unable to find the procedure to acquire the Intel® VROC log.

Resolution

For the new Intel® VROC GUI application available in Intel® VROC 8.0 or higher, follow these steps to locate the system report:

  1. Open the Intel® VROC GUI application.
  2. Select the System Report option from the left panel.
  3. Click on the Save button to export the information.

For the legacy Intel® VROC GUI application available in Intel® VROC 7.x or lower, follow these steps to locate the system report:

  1. Open the Intel® VROC GUI application.
  2. Click  the Help icon located in the top row. It is the button that has the white question mark (?) on the blue shield.
  3. Click the System Report option.
  4. Click the Save button at the bottom left corner to export the information.
Additional information

The Intel® VROC GUI application for Windows* was updated in Intel® VROC 8.0. Some options were moved to different locations. For more details, check out the Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) User Guide for Windows*.
