Steps to replace/activate an expired or lost gift card/Voucher selected from Rewards Catalog
- Gift card is no longer available to use.
- Gift card/Coupon is invalid.
- Voucher already expired and needs to be reactivated.
If a gift card has been misplaced or has met its expiration date, follow these steps:
- Refer to the shipping confirmation email, as there may be contact information included by that specific vendor. Include all emails or confirmations received.
- Refer to the vendor's Terms and Conditions documentation included with your gift card.
Tremendous Gift Cards and Digital Visa Cards only:
- Neither Intel nor Tremendous are responsible for gift cards that are not received due to the input of incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
- Neither Intel nor Tremendous will re-issue vouchers that are lost during delivery if you enter incorrect or incomplete email address information.
- Once the redemption is completed, it is not transferable.
- Digital gift cards can only be redeemed by the contact to whom the reward was issued.
- If the gift card is not used before its expiration date, Intel will neither return the redeemed points nor provide any other compensation to the Partner.

- Order number
- Voucher name
- Voucher order date
- Voucher received date
- Reason why it was unused
