Order Made from Intel® Partner Alliance Points Program Has Not Arrived Yet

• Received confirmation of gift card status, but they have not been delivered yet.
• No confirmation email received after placing a redemption order.
• Redemption codes are still not received as the email address could have been whitelisted.

If a gift card has not been delivered, follow these steps:

1. Read How Long Does It Take to Receive a Gift Card Chosen from the Rewards Catalog of the Intel® Partner Alliance Points Program? for expected processing and delivery times.
2. To verify that the gift card request was processed and shipped, gather all emails or communications received during the rewards redemption process, then:
   • Check spam or junk folder for any missed email notifications from Intel or a vendor. Make sure to check the firewall setting with your company's IT department as it's possible it may block some of the Intel emails being sent.
   • Read vendor’s terms and conditions, if available, as they may contain shipment and delivery guidance.
   • Refer to the shipping confirmation email, as there may be contact information included by that specific vendor. Contact the vendor directly.

     • Date date redemption request was placed
2. Click Next:Details button to include any attachments (screenshots, photos, files, or others).
   • Include all emails or confirmations received as described above
3. Select opt-in or opt-out opportunity to participate in Customer Improvement Program.
4. Click Submit Request button.

Gift cards, available to use with various merchants around the globe, are just one of the rewards available during points redemption through the Intel® Partner Alliance. Gift card distribution is facilitated through different vendors based on geography/region/country and are subject to availability.
