Description

An external display connected to an Intel® NUC laptop via USB-C randomly dims.

Resolution

To stop this from happening, follow the steps below:

  1. Update your Operating System to the latest version.
  2. Update the graphics driver to the latest available on the Download Center (search for the NUC Model to locate available drivers).
    1. Check if there's an update via the Intel Driver Support Assistant.
