Description
- Failed boot or freeze issue on Intel® Core™ i7-11700 Processor when connected the monitor HDMI 2.0 port.
- No issue with HDMI 1.4 port connection.
- USB and network card failures are also observed sometimes.
- If it can be booted successfully, the resolution will be only 4K 30Hz.
Resolution
Try the following tips to resolve this issue:
- Update to the latest Intel® Graphics Driver.
- If updating with Intel® graphics driver didn't work uninstall the graphics driver in device manager and re-install the driver with a Windows update.
- Contact the monitor manufacturer for help.
