Unable to check out at Intel RealSense Store

Resolution

Follow the troubleshooting steps below:

  • Remove the item from the cart and log out of your RealSense account.
  • Clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
  • Log in and try to check out after following the steps above.
  • Switch to incognito mode if the steps above don't work.
  • You may also place the order using our Guest checkout option.
  • Use a compatible browser as the store is best experienced in these browsers, such as IE 11*, Edge*, Chrome* and Firefox*.

Follow these precautions before placing your order:

  • Ensure that the billing address entered at the time of checkout matches the billing address that the card issuing bank has on file or the transaction will be declined. Check for any abbreviation mismatch.
  • Disconnect from VPN while placing the order as the location/address mismatch may confuse the system and trigger the card-issuing bank's fraud filter, causing it to decline the transaction.
  • Enter the correct zip code and email address as it appears on the credit card statement.
