Resolution
The OpenVINO™ toolkit is part of the video ingestion container included with Intel® Edge Insights for Industrial. However, OpenVINO™ training extensions requires a local installation of OpenVINO™ toolkit.
Install OpenVINO™ toolkit on your local machine.
