Need to modify a warranty request
If you have an existing warranty claim, you have a Case Confirmation email that was sent from Intel® Customer Support (supportreplies@intel.com). Simply reply to that email stating what revisions are needed.
If email cannot be located, contact support and select the product from the list. You will then be guided to choose from the available support options.
We may not be able to intercept an order if the replacement product has already shipped from Intel.
