Computer Freezes on Windows Automatic Repair Screen

Stuck on the Automatic repair screen and unable to boot Windows.
For NUC kits and pre-built desktop systems:
Reinstall the operating system.
For NUC units with a preinstalled operating system and Intel Optane. Make sure to set the BIOS to non-Optane prior to reinstalling the operating system and configure the BIOS with the steps provided below, also reinstall the Intel Optane drivers in Windows using the Intel Optane application.
To reset to non-Optane:
Open Optane application in order to re-enable the Intel Optane module
