Resolution
For Error Code: 400 Bad Request, Try to apply the troubleshooting steps below:
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Use the Incognito*/Private Window.
- Use a different browser.
If issue persists, submit a request to Intel Customer Support (sign in required). See the image below for an example.
- Question 1: Leave default at A product or service I already own or use.
- Question 2: Choose Search for a product or service by name.
- Question 3: Begin typing Intel Partner Alliance, then click the result.
