I Didn't Receive the Verification Email after Trying to Register in Intel® Partner Alliance

Description

Registered for the Intel Partner Alliance program but never received the email verification email to activate my account.

Resolution

Follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  1. First, check your spam or junk folder, as email may have been routed there.
    Note

    The verification link is only valid for 24 hours.  After that, you will need to request another verification email.

  2. If no email found, then re-register by clicking the Join Now button at the home page of Intel® Partner Alliance website.
  3. If an error: Email address is already associated with an Intel account was encountered, click the Sign In button.
  4. Once redirected to the Sign In page, click the Forgot your Intel username or password? link and reset your password.
  5. Once the password is reset, a reset link will be sent via email to verify your account.

If expected emails from the Intel® Partner Alliance do not arrive, contact Intel® Customer Support.
