Description

The system is shutting down a few seconds after an Intel® Graphics Driver is installed.

To resolve this issue, read the following steps:

Go to Surface Laptop 3 with Intel Processor Drivers and Firmware and download the latest files package.
Open the folder where the files package was saved.
Right-click the files package and click Run as an administrator.
Follow the steps prompted until the package is installed.
Restart the laptop.
