How to Check the Training History and Credits Earned through Intel® Partner University

Steps to view the Intel® Partner Alliance training dashboard

Description
  • Unable to find year to date and/or historical training summary in Intel® Partner Alliance dashboard.
  • No confirmation email received after completing courses in the Intel Partner University.
  • Unable to view complete list of completed course by individuals on the account with their corresponding credits.
  • Confused with the difference of Individual Training Credits and Company Training credits.
Resolution
  1. Log in to Intel® Partner Alliance.
  2. Navigate to the Dashboard.
  3. Click the Training tab.
  4. Make your selection.
    • Your Contact Training Credits shows your personal completed trainings and credits earned starting October 1, 2022 until present.
      • Click View Report to filter date ranges and/or export in .csv format.
      • Use the calendar features to select beginning and and date ranges.
    • Total Company Training Credits shows the completed trainings and earned credits of all users under the account each October until the month of September of the following year.
      • Click View Report for results in chart format and export in .csv format.
      • Use the expand feature IPU total company TC in the upper-right of the Total Company Training Credits box to download , view trainings of individuals and export.
        • Click the filter icon icon for results of trainings completed by individuals on the account
        • Click the download icon icon to download/export in .csv format.
      • Use the calendar features to select beginning and end date ranges.
  5. To view course offerings, training curriculums, track your courses in-progress or completed, and earned certificates or badges, visit Intel Partner University.
  6. If further assistance is needed, contact Intel Customer Support. (sign in required).
    • Enter details in the text box, Tell us about your issue or question regarding Intel® Partner Alliance.
    • Click Next:Details button to include any attachments (screenshots, photos, files, or others)
    • Select opt-in or opt-out opportunity to participate in Customer Improvement Program.
    • Click Submit Request button.

Intel Partner University training credits apply toward your company's membership tier and program upgrade to Gold and Titanium levels.
Select training courses can apply toward Competency Badges, which can be earned by individuals to demonstrate knowledge on specific technologies or solutions.
