Support for Sign-in Issues: How to Activate or Reactivate My Intel Account and Resource and Documentation Center Account

Description

  • Unable to log in to My Intel account since it's deactivated.
  • Cannot open the account.
  • Unable to log in.
  • Cannot re-register due to account being disabled even if it is active with Intel
  • Unable to login to their FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center (SSLC) account.

Resolution

For Access & Entitlement for My Intel Users:

The account might be deactivated due to incomplete registration or inactivity for more than 18 months per Use-It-Or-Lose-It policy. Register again to reactivate the account.

Follow the steps below to reactivate the account:

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Fill out all the needed information.
  3. Provide the preferred username or set the email address as username.
  4. Click next step and submit.
  5. An email verification will be sent to the registered email address.
    NoteIf the email verification is not received, check your spam/junk folder.
  6. Log in to the sign-in page.

For Resource and Documentation Center (RDC):

  1. Go to the registration page.
  2. Fill out all the needed information.
  3. Provide the preferred username or set the email address as username.
  4. Click next step and submit.
  5. An email verification will be sent to the registered email address.
    NoteIf the email verification is not received, check your spam/junk folder.
  6. Log in to the sign-in page.

For FPGA SSLC (Self-Service Licensing Center):

  1. Go to the FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center
  2. Click Enroll for Intel® FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center (SSLC).
  3. Fill out all the necessary details.
  4. After registering at the FPGA Self-Service Licensing Center, it may take up to 24 hours for your account and credentials to be populated in our system.
  5. Please wait to receive the Welcome Email from the Licensing Center, and then allow an additional 24 hours before attempting to log in.
