How to Resolve Color Distortion Using the Intel® Graphics Command Center

Description

  • Intel® Command Center doesn't save changes after correcting colors. 
  • Yellow tint returns after device restart.
  • Cannot get the right shade after selecting the color.

Resolution

  1. Update Intel® graphics drivers to latest.
  2. Confirm the Windows has the latest build version.
  3. Right-click the Windows start icon and from the menu, select Device Manager.
  4. In device manager look for Software components and click the select arrow.
  5. In Software components look for Intel® Graphics Control Panel.
  6. Right-click Intel® Graphics Control Panel and Click uninstall device, make sure the Delete the software for this device checkbox is selected.
  7. Restart the system.
  8. Perform a clean installation of the driver
  9. If issue persists, contact Original Equipment Manufacturer.
