Steps on how to locate the Points Statement in the Partner Portal
- Unable to find the summary of accumulated points on Intel Partner Alliance dashboard.
- Unable to determine the validity date of their expiring points.
Below are the steps for how to check for points online:
- Log in to the Intel® Partner Alliance Points Account.
- From the dropdown menu in the upper left of the page, Click Manage Benefits.
- Scroll down to Points and Rewards.
- Click View Account.
A new window opens with the Points Account.
To view the points statement, click Point-Earning Transactions to see all the points earned per quarter.
Select the Earning Quarter from the drop down and then click the Matrix/Promotion to view in more detail.
The points awarded by product will now be shown. Click the product name to view at invoice level.
Access to the Points Portal and the Partner Dashboard are viewable by those with the Partner Admin or Partner Admin Delegate role. If points are not visible, contact your Administrator.
