Touchscreen Stopped Working and Shows Error Code 10 on Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit

Download the Driver Pack for Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kits - LAPBC710 & LAPBC510 then, install the driver Serial IO driver.

Description

The touchscreen on Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kit - LAPBC710 stops working. The issue may occur after installing the serial IO driver.

The error below will be shown in Device Manager:

Intel® Precise Touch and Stylus (Intel® PTS) - Base Driver - Port #1

This device cannot start. (Code 10)

STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

Resolution
  1. Download the Driver Pack for Intel® NUC M15 Laptop Kits - LAPBC710 & LAPBC510.
  2. Install the driver Serial IO SetupSerialIO.exe from SerialIO-Win10_Win11-30.100.2129.8.
  3. Install the iTouch driver from the Driver Pack.
  4. Perform a cold reboot.
  5. If the problem persists, perform a fresh installation of the Windows* Operating System.
