How to Follow and Unfollow Collections and Bookmark Documents in Resource and Documentation Center (RDC)

Unable to receive notifications for document updates.

How to Search and Bookmark Documents:

1. Go to Resource and Documentation Center.
2. Once logged in, enter the desired document number or keyword in the search bar of the RDC website. Several results will appear.
3. Select a document number or title available on the page. Click the Bookmark icon to bookmark documents.

How to Follow and Unfollow Collection:

1. Go to Resource and Documentation Center.
2. Once logged in, enter the desired document number or keyword in the search bar where you will see the Search collections.
3. Select a document title as several results may appear. Click Follow this collection on the upper part of the website.
4. Click Unfollow this collection to unfollow the collection selected.

Where to find the Bookmarked Documents:

1. Go to Resource and Documentation Center.
2. Once logged in, go to your My Intel Dashboard by clicking the human icon.
3. In the left side, choose Content. This will show the Content dashboard, where you can look into your bookmarks and collections.

Notifications will be sent to My Messages and My Content in My Intel Dashboard regarding the updates for bookmarked documents and followed collections. Make sure to set the message setting for Bookmarked Notifications to Web and Email and set the Email Frequency to Immediately.
