No Email Received When Resetting Password or Username in My Intel Account

Description

Unable to receive automated email when resetting password or username.

Resolution

There are two possible reasons you haven't received an email:

  • The account might be unverified due to an expired verification link. To resend the verification follow the steps in How to Resolve Expired Email Verification in My Intel Account.
  • The account might be deactivated due to incomplete registration or inactivity for more than 18 months per Use-It-Or-Lose-It policy. Register again to reactivate your account.
    1. Go to the registration page.
    2. Fill out all the needed information.
    3. Provide the preferred username or set the email address as username.
    4. Click next step and submit.
    5. An email verification will be sent to the registered email address.
    6. Log in to the sign in page.
