Recommendations for solving problems with the Apex Legends game when using the Intel Killer Control Center
Some users have indicated problems with the Apex Legends* game when using the Intel® Killer Control Center.
Note |
This solution only applies to computers with Intel Killer Networking Adapters installed. To see which networking adapter your system uses, right-click Start, click Device Manager, then double-click Network Adapters. If you do not have a network adapter with the “Killer” name in it, your system does not use the Intel Killer Control Center, which means that the solution below will not be applicable. |
Disabling Advanced Stream Detect will sometimes solve this problem, but will also disable the Intel Killer Control Center’s latency-reducing features.
Apex Legends does not experience these issues with the current version of the Intel Killer Control Center. We suggest clean-installing the latest version of the Intel Killer Control Center to resolve this issue.
If you are still experiencing problems after installing the latest Intel Killer Control Center, try resetting your network stack and networking devices.
