Summary

Description
LED light near DIMM slot is blinking in green color when system is in power off state (Power source is not disconnected)
Resolution
As per the design, when the system is in power off state (power source is not disconnected), the LED light placed near DIMM slot is continuously blinking in green color. This LED is BMC heartbeat and indicating about BMC health.
It is normal behavior and it is not indicating any issue in the system.
