SSD caching is an optional premium feature supported only on the full featured Intel® RAID Controllers:

- Intel® Integrated RAID Module RMS3CC080
- Intel® Integrated RAID Module RMS3CC040
- Intel® RAID Controller RS3DC080
- Intel® RAID Controller RS3DC040
- Intel® RAID Controller RS3MC044
- Intel® RAID Controller RS3SC008

A premium feature key (sold separately), Intel® RAID SSD Cache with Fast Path I/O (AXXRPFKSSD2), is required to activate this feature on the above controllers.
