Description

Status LED on the third power supply unit (PSU) of the Intel® Server System S9200WK Family shows solid amber, and the system performance is throttled. When the third PSU is removed, the status LED on the second PSU becomes amber.

You may also see the following entries in the system event log:

  • Power supply input lost
  • Input under-voltage warning
Resolution

The issue may happen when the input voltage is low or the power source is unstable:

  • Check if the power source is stable.
  • Connect all PSUs to 220V power source.
Additional information

For Intel® Server System S9200WK with more than 2 compute modules installed, the system must be connected to 220V input voltage in order to operate properly.
