The Investor Relations SEC page contains information about Intel financial statements or other formal documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

  1. At the top of the page, click Reports and Filings.
  2. Select All SEC filings from the dropdown.
    • Once launch, select SD as the filing type.

Request access to:

  • Intel's most current company-level Conflict Minerals Declaration (CMD)
  • A report listing any current activities underway to address smelters or refiners reported in Intel’s current CMD
  • Intel’s most current company-level Cobalt Declaration (using the standard Cobalt Reporting Template (CRT)
  • A report listing any current activities underway to address smelters or refiners reported in Intel’s current CRT
  1. Complete Intel’s Conflict Mineral Declarationform to access Intel’s most current company-level Conflict Minerals Declaration (CMD).
    • Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk *.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. Click Intel's Current CMD/CMRT.
