Steps to update the drivers to OEM specific drivers.

Description

After updating the Intel® Graphics Drivers the PC runs slowly.

Resolution

When working with third-party equipment, we recommend installing the OEM drivers directly from the 3rd party site.

  1. Uninstall the previous or the existing drivers.
  2. Go to the OEM website.
  3. Download the compatible drivers.
  4. Complete the Installation wizard.
NoteBe sure to uninstall all the existing drivers.

Follow the Clean Installation of Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows® 10 to prevent any problems during installation.

Installing Microsoft update drivers should resolve the issue if OEM drivers are too outdated. Follow these steps:

  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. Expand Display Adapters.
  3. Look for Intel Graphics Drivers. Right-click and Click Update driver.
  4. Open Browse My Computers For Drivers.
  5. Open Let Me Pick From a List of available drivers on my Computer.
  6. Select MS graphics driver from the list.
  7. Click Next to install the driver.
