Error: "Your information is not found. Please try again" When Logging In to My Intel and Intel® Partner Alliance Account

Description

  • Unable to log in to My Intel account due to incorrect credentials.
  • Encountered error: Your information is not found. Please try again when trying to reset the password.

Resolution

This error usually occurs when the email is not yet verified or when the account profile is no longer active. If the account profile is active and verified, proceed to the steps below:

  1. Go to sign-in page and click forgot username button.
  2. Enter the requested information and click submit.
  3. An email containing the correct username will be sent to the registered email address.
  4. Try to log in using the correct username.

If the issue persists, reset your My Intel account password or reset your Intel Partner Alliance account password.

If resetting the password did not work, contact Intel Customer Support and provide the following information to check your account profile and for faster resolution:

  • Full name
  • Email address registered
  • URL/Link of the site
  • Screenshot of the error message
  • Intel Program associated with
