- How can I reset my password.
- Password reset website loop.
Resolution
Go to the sign-in screen and enter your email address. Choose sign-in and look at the URL (found at the top of your browser). This will determine how your password is managed.
- If you see login.microsoft.com or login.microsoftonline.com in the URL, your password is managed by your organization. Contact your IT department for password issues, as Intel does not manage these passwords.
- If you see login.live.com in the URL, you will need to manage your password with your Microsoft account. Follow the Microsoft link to change your password.
- If you see consumer.intel.com in the URL you can change your own password or sign in with a Single-Use Passcode. Go back to the sign in screen and choose Forgot password?. Enter your email address and click send verification code. You will receive a verification code in your email. After entering the verification code, you will be prompted to change your password. Review the password requirements for users who have consumer.intel.com in the URL. If you have not received a verification code, check your spam folder; if you find it there, move the email address to your inbox and try resetting the password once more.
If you have further issues, contact Intel Customer Support.
