Find the warranty terms and conditions for your Intel® RAID or Storage products under Server products.
How to identify the serial number and part number
The serial number and part number (also known as the PBA) are required for warranty request. You can find these numbers on the controller. Select the form factor to see examples:

PCIe* add-on card (RSxxx family)
The location of the label can be different for each model. In the example below:
- Serial number: STMD72900172
- Part number: J40748-202
Mezzanine modules (RMSxxx family)
The location of the label can be different for each model. In the example below:
- Serial number: DZJC43200050
- Part number: H24094-203
If the Intel® RAID Module is installed in an Intel® Server Board or Intel® Server System based on the Intel® 62X chipset and later, you can also identify the information from the BMC Web Console.
- Log in to BMC Web Console.
- Navigate to System -> FRU Information and select SAS Module from the drop-down menu.
Check warranty coverage and request warranty support
- Open the warranty support page.
- Select Other Intel Product for Product Type.
- Enter the serial number and part number for your product.
