Attempted to install Intel® Software Guard Extensions (Intel® SGX) SDK for Windows* by double-clicking intel_sgx_windows_sdk_2.11.100.3.exe
Error popped up: Package checksum verification failed
The package checksum verification error usually occurs when you are missing the Quovadis Root CA Certificate.
Follow these steps to install the QuoVadis Root CA Certificate:
- Go to QuoVadis Root CA Certificate and follow the instructions on that page to save the certificate to a local file.
- Name the file with a .crt extension, such as quovadisrootcert.crt.
- Double-click the file quovadisrootcert.crt.
- Click Install Certificate…
- Select Local Machine | Next.
- Select Yes to run the dll.
- Select Automatically select the certificate store | Next | Finish.
- Install the Intel® Software Guard Extensions (Intel® SGX) SDK for Windows*.
If this does not work, clear the Intel SGX SDK installer cache:
Delete the directory C:\ProgramData\Intel\Installer\SGX_SDK\cache.
